My training is in Clinical, Family, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I believe it is important to focus on the experiences that have shaped your behavior or way of life. Early attachment styles will help inform the way in which you relate to others within your current environment. As a team, you and I will ultimately focus on your needs and goals and work together to find the most effective path for you.

I am also very flexible with my therapeutic interventions and can meet you where you are and provide the utmost care and consideration along your journey. If you are willing to work hard, invest in yourself, and confront the challenging things in your life, you can make incredible insights which will impact the way you approach life thereafter.

Life is stressful, “adulting” can be tough, but preventative mental health care can save lives. Let’s create the life you want to live.

As we walk along this road together, my job will be to provide perspective about things you may not have noticed or thought about before. You cannot fail in therapy. All I ask is you take at least one thing from our time together, and it will change either your outlook towards others or the world, or it can create a new level of insight that drives better decision-making; there is an abundance of possibilities.

Therapy sessions are typically 45-60 minutes in duration, depending on the presenting problem. Please contact me for a free

15-minute consultation. We can set up an intake evaluation and discuss your options based on your needs. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you along your path.
